Do you love to cook? Probably why you found my page huh? Well you came to the right place!

Here you'll find various information that makes the fear and confusion of being in the kitchen little easier. You will find all types of recipes, equipment, cooking tips and resources that help you get comfortable and find your groove in the kitchen and be able to produce restaurant quality meals at home for your family or just yourself. I believe cooking is only intimidating because people make it, everyone has some form of culinary skills even if it's just cooking an egg and even if cooking isn't your passion having the base skills is useful in normal day to day life.

Practice makes perfect!

Every Attempt Matters

Cooking isn't something that you get right the first time all the time, it takes practice. Cooking is muscle memory, the more you do it the more you remember it. So, don't let those errors discourage you from happening. Just take a minute to see where you went wrong and retry. You will get it!

Need a little extra help to start?

Cooking is Muscle Memory

Cooking is a skill that often becomes muscle memory over time. As you practice, the repetitive actions of chopping, stirring, and sautéing become second nature, allowing you to cook with ease and confidence. Whether you're preparing a simple meal or experimenting with complex recipes, the more you cook, the more your body naturally memorizes the motions. This muscle memory in cooking helps improve efficiency, reduce mistakes, and make cooking feel more intuitive. Over time, even advanced techniques like knife skills, seasoning, and timing become ingrained, making you a faster and more skilled cook without having to consciously think about each step.

Small accomplishments are still accomplishments!

A little help is okay to need, there are plenty of resources out there to help. You just got to ask! If you would like to ask me a direct question, email me at the bottom of the page!
